I was spending my QT with wei lun and he shared about Mordecai and Haman in the book of Esther. One leader, Haman only motive was fame and honour whereas Mordecai did it for the welfare of the people. Haman did whatever he could to maintain his position whereas Mordecai did not care. At the end, esther6: Mordecai was honoured and 7:Haman was hang. I thought to myself what is leadership without God? like the ah bengs aimless in their life! Are my motive truly sincere? like the waiter that greets u! Leadership without god is nth but blind leadership.
